Thinking. Believing. Doing. Inspiration for the quest.
Why are we here? What is our purpose? And can we integrate deep thinking, reasoned believing, and grand ambition? Such questions haunt modern life.
Is there a path through the confusion?
In the rich Scottish tradition of faith, intellect and vocation, this inaugural Conference brought together leading thinkers from the humanities, theology, science, economics and beyond, as well as students, teachers and emerging scholars, to reflect on the place of faith in the intellectual quest for what is true, good and beautiful.
Professor Stackhouse delivered two keynote addresses at the Conference, the video of which can be viewed below:
Guest speakers included Dr John Dickson (Centre for Public Christianity/Macquarie University), Associate Professor Gordon Menzies (UTS), Professor Paul Oslington (Alphacrucis College/ACU) and Dr Ian Lambert (Principal, The Scots College).
